湖湘文化融入湖南高职院校学生文化自觉性培养的策略研究

Research on the Strategies of Integrating Huxiang Culture into Hunan Higher Vocational College Students’Cultural Consciousness Training

湖湘文化源自湖湘人民的生产活动和社会实践,是经过沉淀逐渐形成的具有鲜明特色的区域性文化。湖湘文化中的哲学思想、教育思想、奋斗精神、人生态度对于湖南高职院校文化建设具有重要意义。做好顶层设计、加强统筹协调,通过软件建设、硬件建设、实施建设、成果建设将湖湘文化融入湖南高职院校文化建设,同时建立评价标准体系,切实培养学生文化自觉性,实现全方位育人,培养全面发展的职业技术人才。

Huxiang Culture originated from the production activities and social practices of the people of Hunan,and is a regional culture with distinctive characteristics that has gradually formed through precipitation.The philosophical thoughts,educational thoughts,spirit of struggle and attitude towards life in Huxiang Culture are of great significance to the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges in Hunan.We should succeed in top-level design,strengthen overall coordination,and integrate Huxiang Culture into the cultural construction of Hunan higher vocational colleges through software construction,hardware construction,implementation construction,and achievement construction.At the same time,an evaluation standard system should be established to effectively cultivate students’cultural consciousness,achieve all-round education and cultivate professional and technical personnel of all-round development.
