隐喻能力培养路径与模式的思考

Reflections on the Cultivation Approaches and Patterns of Metaphorical Competence

隐喻能力是大学生英语素质的一个重要方面。如何培养大学生隐喻能力、通过何种途径、采取何种模式,是一个值得深思和探讨的问题。文章运用文献法、内省法、实践法等方法探究出了一些科学而有效的大学生隐喻能力培养途径与模式。文章认为,课堂教学是培养大学生隐喻能力的主要途径,大学生自主学习是辅助途径。“认知—理解”和“练习—产出”模式是培养大学生概念隐喻能力的两种基本模式。

Metaphorical competence is an important aspect of college students’English quality.How to cultivate college students’metaphorical competence,in what approaches and with what patterns,is a problem worth thinking and exploring.This paper explores some scientific and effective approaches and patterns to cultivate college students’metaphorical competence by using the methods of literature,introspection and practice.This paper holds that classroom teaching is the main approach to cultivate college students’metaphorical competence,and college students’independent learning is the auxiliary approach.“Cognition—understanding”and“practice—production”are two basic patterns to cultivate college students’metaphorical competence.
