中国特色新型高端冰雪智库建设研究

建构中国特色新型高端冰雪智库,是国家推进冰雪运动治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要举措。运用文献资料、逻辑分析、专家访谈等方法,以中国特色新型高端冰雪智库建设为研究对象。针对中国特色新型高端冰雪智库建设指导思想、总体目标、分类、意义和途径等方面进行了研讨。提出了中国特色新型高端冰雪智库建设路径:注重大数据时代冰雪智库科研管理的信息化建设,完善冰雪智库人才队伍建设,建设冰雪智库问题DIIS理论方法体系,建立新型冰雪智库信息媒体传播体系,建立冰雪智库IAO三维评价指标体系,健全冰雪智库资金保障机制,推动冰雪智库建设。

The establishment of a new high-end ice and snow think tank with Chinese characteristics is an important measure for the country to promote the modernization of the snow and ice sports governance system and governance capacity. In this paper, using literature, logic analysis and expert interview methods, with Chinese characteristics new high-end ice think tank construction as the research object, in view of the Chinese characteristics of new high-end ice think-tank construction guiding ideology, overall objectives, classification,the significance and ways and so on has carried on the discussion, put forward the new high-end ice think-tank construction path with Chinese characteristics: Attention should be paid to the informatization construction of the scientific research management of ice and snow think tanks in the era of big data, the construction of the talent team of ice and snow think tanks, the construction of the DIIS theory and method system of ice and snow think tanks, the establishment of the information media communication system of the new ice and snow think tanks, the establishment of the IAO THREE-DIMENSIONAL evaluation index system of ice and snow think tanks and the establishment of the fund guarantee mechanism of all ice and snow think tanks.
