北京冬奥会我国运动员自我认同教育探析

摘要 2022年北京冬奥会将是中国运动员展示国家形象的巨大舞台,自我认同的缺失微观上会影响运动员的心理状态和精神面貌,宏观上将有损国家形象的展示和美誉度的维护,探索运动员自我认同的提高尤为重要。提出加强我国运动员自我认同的若干对策,诸如加强对运动员“五大认同”的教育、加强反兴奋剂和赛风赛纪教育、加强礼仪教育、加强运动员应对媒体教育等,以此来提升我国运动员的自我认同心理。旨在利用北京冬奥会这一有利的国际舞台,向世界展现中国发展,彰显中国实力,讲好中国故事。 The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games will be a huge stage for Chinese athletes to show their national image. However, some Chinese athletes still have many deficiencies in self-identity, such as poor performance of civilization and etiquette, careless coping skills with media and lack of crisis awareness, resulting in occasional violations, etc. The lack of self-identity will affect the psychological state and mental outlook of athletes on the micro level, and will damage the display of national image and the maintenance of reputation on the macro level. In view of this, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the self-identity of Chinese athletes, such as strengthening the education of athletes’ "five identities", strengthening the education of Anti Doping and competition style and discipline, strengthening etiquette education, and strengthening athletes’ response to media education, so as to improve the self-identity psychology of Chinese athletes. Take advantage of the favorable international stage of the Beijing Winter Olympics to show the world China’s development, highlight China’s strength and tell a good Chinese story.
