提高汽车产品认证申报质量方法探究

随着汽车行业的发展,认证制度不断完善,认证需要申报的参数越来越多,目前国内认证需要申报的公告,CCC,国家环保,北京环保,需要填报的整车参数多达3000多个,而且参数涉及整车的方方面面,需要从研发中心各个负责部门收集参数后由认证工程整理上报,本文从分析参数错误的原因入手,探究如何能降低参数错误率,从而提高汽车产品认证申报的质量。

With the development of the automobile industry and the continuous improvement of the certification system,more and more parameters need to be declared for certification.At present,the announcement that domestic certification needs to be declared,CCC,national environmental protection and Beijing environmental protection,need to fill in more than 3000 vehicle parameters,and the parameters involve all aspects of the whole vehicle,and it is necessary to collect parameters from each responsible department of the R&D center and then sort out and report them to the certification engineering.This paper starts with analyzing the causes of parameter errors,and explores how to reduce the error rate of parameters,so as to improve the quality of automotive product certification and declaration.
