摘要
智能制造装备技术专业是高职教育中的热门专业,数控机床故障与维修课程是一门理论与实践结合的一体化课程,要求学生既需要具备专业的数控机床故障诊断与维修知识,同时也可以根据数控机床故障的实际情况,进行准确的诊断,采取适合的方式进行维修。在职业教育改革的大背景下,高职数控机床故障诊断与维修课程教学必须要立足于专业人才的需求,以就业为导向对高职数控机床故障诊断与维修课程进行创新和改革,不断提升教学有效性,培养具备综合素质和就业能力的复合型人才,为社会培养和输送更多优质的智能制造装备技术专业人才。本文通过探讨高职数控机床故障诊断与维修课程教学改革的策略,为相关工作的开展提供参考。
The major of intelligent manufacturing equipment technology is a popular major in higher vocational education.The course of NC machine tool fault and maintenance is an integrated course combining theory and practice.Students are required to have professional knowledge of NC machine tool fault diagnosis and maintenance,and carry out accurate diagnosis according to the actual situation of NC machine tool fault,taking appropriate maintenance methods.In the context of vocational education reform,the teaching of NC machine tool fault diagnosis and maintenance course in higher vocational colleges must be based on the needs of professional talents,be employment oriented,so as to innovate and reform the NC machine tool fault diagnosis and maintenance course in higher vocational colleges,constantly improve the teaching effectiveness,and cultivate compound talents with comprehensive quality and employability,and deliver more high-quality intelligent manufacturing equipment technology professionals for the society.This paper discusses the teaching reform strategy of NC machine tool fault diagnosis and maintenance course in higher vocational colleges,providing reference for the development of related work.
