中职电子电器类专业教师转岗新能源汽车检测与维修专业的教学实践探究

Research on the Teaching Practice of Secondary Vocational Electronic and Electrical Professional Teachers who are Transferred to New Energy Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Majors

近年来,中职新能源汽车检测与维修专业招生人数快速增长,专业教师严重不足。为此中职学校安排教师转岗,电子电器专业就是转岗新能源汽车检测与维修专业的一部分。本文从电子电器专业教师的角度,就如何利用自身的电子技术优势与传统汽车专业教师积极开展互相学习、集体备课、以吉利EV450为例开展新能源汽车教学活动,引导学生参与到课堂中,探索新能源汽车电子检测类课程教学实施与优化。

In recent years,the number of new energy vehicle testing and maintenance majors in secondary vocational schools has grown rapidly,and there is a serious shortage of professional teachers.For this reason,the secondary vocational school arranges teachers to transfer jobs,and the electrical and electronic majors are part of the new energy vehicle testing and maintenance majors.From the perspective of teachers majoring in electronics and electrical appliances,this article discusses how to use their own advantages in electronic technology to actively carry out mutual learning,collective lesson preparation,and new energy vehicle teaching activities with Geely EV450 as an example to guide students to participate in the classroom and explore teaching implementation and optimization of new energy vehicle electronic testing courses.
