为解决环境污染问题,减少能源过量消耗,新能源汽车自投入市场以来,已经成为社会各个群体关注重点交通工具,也在另一种程度上让专业维修人员需求量在近几年暴增。若要向社会输送大量专业人才,就要针对人才培养模式展开系统化研究。本文针对当前人才培养现存问题,提供相应解决对策,旨在为我国新能源汽车提供优质维修人才,推动行业健康成长。

In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution and reduce excessive energy consumption,new energy vehicles have become the focus of all social groups since they were put into the market.To another extent,the demand for professional maintenance personnel has increased sharply in recent years.If we want to transport a large number of professional talents to the society,we must carry out systematic research on the talent training model.Aiming at the existing problems of talent training,this paper provides corresponding solutions,aiming to provide high-quality maintenance talents for China’s new energy vehicles and promote the healthy growth of the industry.
