汽车专业中高职贯通、专本科衔接的人才培养模式设计与实践研究

Design and Practical Research on Talent Training Mode of Connecting Higher Vocational Colleges and Undergraduate Colleges in Automobile Specialty

建立一个系统完整、互相衔接的关于中、高职和本科教育的一体化人才培养是目前职业教育工作的核心。按照系统设计、各有侧重、有效衔接、梯度推进的原则,以汽车制造与试验技术专业为例,研究探索天府新区通用航空职业学院汽车专业“一个核心、两个衔接、三个阶段、纵横一体”的人才培养模式设计和课程体系设置,实践三阶段职业人才衔接的培养。

The core of vocational education is to establish a systematic,complete and interconnected integrated talent training on secondary,higher vocational and undergraduate education.According to the principles of system design,emphasis,effective connection and gradient promotion,taking the major of automobile manufacturing and test technology as an example,this paper studies and explores the talent training mode design and curriculum system of"one core,two connections,three stages and vertical and horizontal integration"of automobile major of general aviation Vocational College in Tianfu new area,and practices the training of three-stage professional talents.
