叉车门架常见故障与检验检测的研究

叉车门架是叉车装置的主要结构,对于叉车装置的良好运行有非常重要的影响。在叉车门架的长时间使用过程中,也会出现故障问题,影响到叉车的使用安全性。为了确保叉车门架安全高效使用,需要完成对叉车门架故障的了解,合理使用检验检测方法对故障进行检验检测,精准检测故障能够做到故障预防。本文主要的研究对象是叉车门架及其故障问题,主要针对叉车门架的油缸故障、方向盘故障、活塞杆故障以及噪声故障的检验检测方法进行分析,提出叉车门架的故障检测系统设计,旨在研究叉车门架的故障原理和检测方法,为后续的叉车门架改造升级打好基础。

Forklift gantry is the main structure of forklift device,which has a very important impact on the good operation of forklift device.In the long-term use of the forklift gantry,there will also be failure problems,which will affect the use safety of the forklift.In order to ensure the safe and efficient use of the forklift gantry,it is necessary to understand the fault of the forklift gantry,reasonably use the inspection and detection methods to inspect and detect the fault,and accurately detect the fault can achieve fault prevention.The main research object of this paper is the forklift door frame and its fault problems.It mainly analyzes the inspection and detection methods of the oil cylinder fault,steering wheel fault,piston rod fault and noise fault of the forklift door frame,and puts forward the design of the fault detection system of the forklift door frame,in order to study the fault principle and detection method of the forklift door frame,so as to lay a good foundation for the subsequent transformation and upgrading of the forklift door frame.
