果树木屑对食用菌菌丝生长和原基分化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探索不同果树木屑作为食用菌培养料的可行性,以4种果树木屑为试验对象,研究其对玉木耳和灰树花菌丝生长和原基分化的影响。试验结果表明,葡萄、无花果木屑浸出液能加快玉木耳菌丝生长,梨树、桃树木屑浸出液能增强玉木耳菌丝长势;葡萄、梨树、桃树木屑浸出液会减慢灰树花的菌丝生长速度,葡萄、无花果木屑浸出液能促进灰树花菌丝长势。将4种果树木屑配制成培养料接入2种食用菌,菌丝生长速度均减慢,并且玉木耳菌丝在无花果木屑培养料中不能生长,在葡萄、桃树木屑中玉木耳菌丝长势较阔叶木屑弱。梨树木屑培养料中2种食用菌的现蕾率均较高,下一步研究可尝试使用梨树木屑栽培玉木耳,使用葡萄木屑栽培灰树花。 In order to explore the feasibility of different fruit tree sawdust as edible fungus culture material,the effects of four fruit trees sawdust on mycelial growth and primordium differentiation were studied.The experimental results showed that the extract from grapevine and fig tree sawdust could promote the mycelial growth rate of Auricularia auricula.The extract from pear and peach tree sawdust could rise the mycelial growth vigor of A.auricula.The extract from grapevine,pear and peach tree sawdust could reduce the mycelial growth rate of Griflola frondosa,the extract from grapevine and fig tree sawdust could rise the mycelial growth vigor of G.frondosa.While inoculated these two edible fungi into substrates with four kinds of fruit tree sawdust,all of the mycelial growth rates decreased.The mycelia of A.auricula didn't grow in substrates added fig tree sawdust,but could grow weaker in substrates with grapevine and peach tree sawdust than common sawdust.The budding rates of two kinds of edible fungi in substrates with pear tree sawdust were higher.In the next research,we will try to use pear sawdust to cultivate A.auricula,and use grapevine sawdust to cultivate G.frondosa.
