框架桥下穿既有铁路线施工安全自动预警系统研究

摘要 框架桥下穿既有铁路线施工过程中,由于新建线路施工与既有线路运营相互影响,因此施工安全风险较一般工程大,为了保障既有线运营安全、框架桥顺利顶进、工作坑稳定,本文依托某项目,采用静态与动态监测相结合的方式,从监测目的、监测指标、测点布置及监测设备、监测频率、预警阈值、预警等级判别、预警管理平台七方面构建框架桥下穿既有铁路线施工安全自动预警系统,对监测数据进行自动储存、分析、预警,并当预警等级发生变化时,向相关人员发送预警信息,确保及时发现施工过程中存在的问题,为既有线路运营和新建线路施工安全管理提供理论依据。 During the construction of the frame bridge underneath the existing railway line, due to the interaction between the construction of the new line and the operation of the existing line, the construction safety risk is greater than that of the general project. In order to ensure the safety of the existing line operation, the frame bridge is smoothly jacked and the work pit stable, this article relies on a project, adopts a combination of static and dynamic monitoring, and builds a framework from seven aspects: monitoring purpose, monitoring indicators, measurement point layout and monitoring equipment, monitoring frequency, early warning threshold, early warning level discrimination,and early warning management platform. The automatic early warning system for construction safety across existing railway lines automatically stores, analyzes, and provides early warning of monitoring data, and sends early warning information to relevant personnel when the early warning level changes to ensure timely detection of problems in the construction process, and provide theoretical basis for construction safety management of existing railway line operation and new line construction.
