SRGO框架下人才培养模式创新研究——以职业教育金融类专业为例

摘要 本文根据本文SRGO框架整体搭建适用于职业教育金融类专业建设的人才培养模式,基于协同理论构建校企协同育人长效机制,基于角色效应形成学生角色转换成长机制,基于齿轮效应打造学生“点对点”互助传承机制,基于成果导向理论形成项目实施引领课程教学进度机制。通过四维度构建人才培养长效运作机制[1],根据学生能力提升递进角色,有序编排整合校内外资源,打造出校企协同育人“三阶递进角色转换”创新人才培养模式。 According to the "SRGO" theory(S as synergy theory, R as role effect, G as gear effect, O as result-oriented theory), we will build a long-term mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative education based on synergy theory, and form a long-term transformation of students’ role based on "role effect", create a "point-to-point" mutual aid inheritance mechanism for students based on the gear effect, and form a project implementation-led curriculum teaching progress mechanism based on the results-oriented theory. Through the four-dimensional construction of long-term operation mechanism, according to the progressive law of students’ ability improvement, we also will create a school-enterprise collaborative education "three-step progressive role transformation" and innovative talent training mode.
