列宁“灌输论”的基本内涵及对党史学习教育的启示

摘要 我们党一向高度重视党史学习教育。列宁的“灌输论”作为无产阶级开展思想政治教育的重要理论依据之一,是我国提升党史学习教育针对性和实效性的重要理论遵循。列宁“灌输论”的基本内涵系统阐述了:灌输先进社会意识的必要性,灌输的内容是社会主义学说,在灌输的过程中要理论联系实际和密切联系群众。列宁“灌输论”对当前党史学习教育有重要的启示:从灌输的主客体出发,提高高校党史学习教育主客体的综合素质;从灌输的内容出发,丰富高校党史学习教育的内容载体;从灌输的方法出发,优化高校党史学习教育的手段;从灌输的环境出发,改善高校党史学习教育的氛围。 The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to party history learning and education. Lenin’s "Indoctrination Theory", as one of the important theoretical foundation for proletariat ideological and political education,is an important theoretical follow for China to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of party history learning and education. The basic connotation of Lenin’s "Indoctrination Theory" systematically expounds the necessity of advanced social consciousness indoctrination. The content of indoctrination is socialist doctrine;the process of inculcation needs to integrate theory with practice and maintain close ties with the masses. According to analysis,Lenin’s "indoctrination theory" has significant enlightenment to the current party history study and education.It’s vital important to improve the comprehensive quality of the subject and object of party history learning and education;enrich the content carrier of party history learning and education;optimize the means of party history learning and education and improve the atmosphere of party history learning and education in colleges and universities.
