摘要
发动机是汽车的动力装置,决定着汽车的动力性、经济性和环保性,可以说是汽车的“心脏”。由于发动机复杂苛刻的工作条件,发动机零部件需要满足耐疲劳、耐冲击、耐磨损及NVH性能好等要求,同时还应满足轻量化的需求,进而发动机零部件对其所用材料也提出了更高的要求。文章详细阐述发动机关键零部件的工作条件,并分析其材料及工艺特点,为新材料及新工艺的开发和应用提供技术支持。
Engine is the power unit of automobile,which determines the power,economy and environmental protection of automobile,it can be said to be the"heart"of automobile.Due to the complex and harsh working conditions,the engine parts need to meet the requirements of fatigue resistance,impact resistance,wear resistance and good NVH performance,also meet the requirements of lightweight,and then the engine parts also put forward higher requirements for the materials used.The paper describes the working characteristics of key engine parts in detail,and analyzes their materials and processes,so as to provide technical support for the development and application of new materials and processes.
