新时代涉农高职院校课程思政探索与实践--以企业文化与工匠精神课程建设为例

当前我们正处于中国特色社会主义新时代,思想政治教育是高等教育人才培养的重要内容,课程思政的建设既是新时代发展的必然要求,又是高等教育实现全方位育人的重要组成内容。随着“一带一路”倡议布局的深入和教育国际化进程的推进,在来华留学生必修课企业文化与工匠精神课程中,充分挖掘课程的思政元素,发挥教师的主体作用,优化教学内容和方法,使价值观念引领、工匠精神培育以及企业文化融入等形成职业教育合力,推动构建留学生思想政治教育改革创新的新格局。

At present,we are in a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Ideological and political education is an important content of talent training in higher vocational education.The construction of ideological and political courses is not only the inevitable requirement of the development of the new era,but also an important component of all-round education in higher education.With the deepening of the“Belt and Road Initiative”strategy layout and the advancement of education internationalization,the compulsory course for foreign students in the enterprise culture and the spirit of craftsman course,fully excavate ideological elements of the course,exert the principal role of teachers,optimize teaching contents and methods,make spirit values guide,cultivate and enterprise culture in vocational education force,promote to build the new pattern of students ideological and political education innovation.
