摘要
【目的】明确50%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂对棉花蚜虫的防治效果、最佳使用剂量及其安全性,为生产上使用推广提供指导。【方法】以当地常用药剂70%吡虫啉水分散粒剂为对照药剂,通过田间药效试验测定了50%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂75,60,45 g/hm^(2)3种剂量对棉花蚜虫的防治效果。【结果】50%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂3个剂量处理药后1,3,7 d的防效区间分别为71.35%~76.79%、89.13%~94.01%和95.58%~99.05%。其防效随施用剂量的增大而有所提高,但高剂量处理药剂后7 d的防效显著高于低剂量处理,低剂量处理的防效与对照药剂处理的防效无显著性差异。【结论】50%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂防治棉蚜的速效性、持效性与对照药剂相当,其对棉花及其他生物未见不良影响,可在江西棉区生产中推广应用。
[Objective]This study was to determine the control effects of 50%flonicamid water dispersible granule on Aphis gossypii Glover,to determine the optimal dosage as well as the application safety of the agent for Aphis gossypii Glover control,and so as to provide guidance for the application and demonstration in the production.[Method]Using 70%imidacloprid water dispersible granule as the contrast agent,the control effects of 50%flonicamid water dispersive granule at 75 g/hm2,60 g/hm2 and 45 g/hm^(2) on Aphis gossypii Glover were determined through field efficacy tests.[Result]The control efficacy ranges of 50%flonicamid water dispersible granule treated with three doses were 71.35%-76.79%,89.13%-94.01%and 95.58%-99.05%,respectively.The control effects increased with the increase of its dosage,but the control effects were significantly higher only at 7 d after the high dose treatment than those of the low dose treatment.There was no significant effect difference between that of the low dose treatment and that of the control treatment.[Conclusion]When 50%flonicamid water dispersive granule was used to control Aphis gossypii Glover,its rapidity and retention were comparable to those of control agents.The pesticide had no adverse effect on cotton and other organisms,and could be widely used in the cotton production in Jiangxi Province.
