“双区”建设背景下深圳高等教育布局结构的优化

Optimized Path on Layout Structure of Shenzhen's Higher Education under the Background of“Dual Districts”Construction

基于“双区”建设“上位战略”的特殊性诉求,系统地预设了深圳高等教育布局的应然取向。从高等教育布局结构内涵的视角,提出了要以人口和经济为逻辑起点优化深圳高等教育空间布局,以城市战略定位为逻辑起点优化深圳高等教育类型和层次布局,以产业结构为逻辑起点优化深圳高等教育专业布局。

Because of the special requirement of “dual district” construction and “Superior Strategy”, this paper systematically presupposes the orientation of Shenzhen’s higher education distribution. From the perspective of the layout structure of higher education, this paper puts forward that in view of Shenzhen’s population and economy, the spatial layout of Shenzhen’s higher education should be optimized. The type and level of higher education should be optimized in view of the strategic positioning of the city. And the distribution of higher education majors should be optimized in view of the city’s industrial structure.
