摘要
目的探讨以数字故事为主要内容的人文关怀培训对实习护生人文关怀能力的影响。方法采取便利抽样法,选取2019年7月至2020年4月荆州市某三级甲等医院实习护生为研究对象,采用随机编码的方法抽取150名实习护生,并采用抽签方法随机分为观察组75名,对照组75名。对照组实施医院常规人文关怀培训;观察组在医院常规人文培训基础上实施以数字故事为主要内容的人文关怀培训,比较干预前后两组人文关怀能力评分结果。结果干预后,观察组人文关怀能力总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论以数字故事为主要内容的人文关怀培训能有效提高实习护生的人文关怀能力。
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care training with digital storytelling as the main content on humanistic care ability cultivation of nursing interns.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select nursing interns in a tertiary A hospital in Jingzhou city from July 2019 to April 2020 as the research object.150 nursing students were selected by random coding method,and were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=75)and a control group(n=75).The control group received routine humanistic care training while the experimental group received humanistic care training with digital storytelling as the main content on the basis of conventional humanistic training in the hospital.The scores of humanistic care ability between the two groups after intervention were compared.Results After interventions,the total score and scores of humanistic care ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Humanistic care training with digital storytelling as the main content can significantly improve the humanistic care ability of nursing interns in clinical practice.
