针对国内机械装备质量与可靠性不高,后期维修和保养工作量大等问题,对产品研制流程的各环节进行研究.从方案设计阶段周期安排的合理性,辅助设计工具应用方法的重要性,加工阶段设计人员的参与度,装配阶段的责任划分等方面,对国内外机械产品研制全过程开展对比分析,阐述各个环节的细节对研制成败和产品质量的影响.

In view of the low quality and reliability of domestic mechanical equipment and the heavy workload of later repair and maintenance,each link of the product development process is investigated.In terms of the rationality of the periodic arrangement in the scheme design stage,the importance of the application method of auxiliary design tools,the participation of designers in the processing stage,and the division of responsibilities in the assembly stage,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the whole process of mechanical product development at home and abroad,and expounds the influence of the details of each link on the success or failure of development and product quality.
