BGF生物有机肥对辣椒疫霉和茄病镰孢菌的抑菌效果

摘要 【目的】评价BGF生物有机肥对辣椒疫病病原菌辣椒疫霉和辣椒根腐病病原菌茄病镰孢菌的抑菌效果。【方法】使用浓度梯度法稀释BGF生物有机肥,制成1、10、100、1000、10000 mg/L的马铃薯蔗糖琼脂(PDA)平板,以清水处理为对照,采用菌丝生长速率抑制法测定BGF生物有机肥对辣椒疫霉和茄病镰孢菌的抑菌率,通过毒力回归方程计算EC_(50)。【结果】10000 mg/L浓度的BGF生物有机肥对辣椒疫霉的抑菌率最高,为74.93%;其次为1000 mg/L的抑菌率,为56.27%。10000 mg/L浓度的BGF生物有机肥对茄病镰孢菌的抑菌率最高,为78.54%;其次为1000 mg/L的抑菌率,为63.52%。BGF生物有机肥对辣椒疫霉的EC_(50)为401.038 mg/L,对茄病镰孢菌的EC_(50)为390.077 mg/L。【结论】1000~10000 mg/L浓度的BGF生物有机肥对辣椒疫霉和茄病镰孢菌均有较好的抑制作用。 【Objective】To study the antimicrobial activity of BGF bio-organic fertilizer on Phytophthora capsici and Fusarium solani.【Methods】BGF bio-organic fertilizer was diluted in a gradient of 1,10,100,1000,and 10000 mg/L in potato sucrose agar(PDA)plates,with water as control.The bacteriostatic rate of BGF bio-organic fertilizer on Phytophthora capsici and Fusarium solani was determined using the mycelial growth rate inhibition method,and the EC_(50)was calculated using the virulence regression equation.【Results】The 10000 mg/L BGF bio-organic fertilizer had the highest Phytophthora capsici inhibition rate,at 74.93%,followed by 1000 mg/L,at 56.27%.The 10000 mg/L BGF bio-organic fertilizer had the highest inhibition rate against Fusarium solani,at 78.54%.At 63.52%,the rate of 1000 mg/L was the second highest.To Phytophthora capsici and Fusarium solani,the EC_(50)of BGF bio-organic fertilizer was 401.038 mg/L and 390.077 mg/L,respectively.【Conclusion】Phytophthora capsici and Fusarium solani were both inhibited by BGF bio-organic fertilizer at concentrations of 1000-10000 mg/L.
