摘要
由于共用硬件系统,每次二级系统发生故障时,5台轧机被迫同时停车,产生大量停机时间,造成生产效率低下。针对此情况,从2013年开始使用服务器虚拟化技术分离5台轧机二级服务器,经过不断摸索实践,于2016年成功分离5台轧机二级服务器,至今设备运行良好,取得不错的效果。
Due to the shared hardware system,5 rolling mills are forced to stop at the same time every time the secondary system fails,resulting in a lot of downtime and low production efficiency.In view of this situation,server virtualization technology has been used to separate secondary servers of 5 rolling mills since 2013.After continuous exploration and practice,the secondary servers of 5 rolling mills were successfully separated in 2016.So far,the equipment has operated well and achieved good results.
