摘要
采用正交试验设计的方法,对影响无迹卡尔曼滤波SOC估算算法精度的6个误差因素进行分析。通过对正交试验结果的方差分析,确定了主要影响因素,计算了各误差因素影响的占比。结果表明,SOC模型系统误差与电压测量系统误差对SOC估算结果的影响最大;SOC模型误差与电压测量误差对SOC估算结果影响的大小基本相等,但导致的误差方向相反;为保证5%的SOC估算精度,电压测量的精度需控制在0.1%以内。
Six error factors affecting the accuracy of Unscented Kalman Filter SOC estimation algorithm are analyzed by orthogonal experimental design.Through the analysis of variance of orthogonal test results,the main influencing factors are determined,and the proportion of each error factor is calculated.The results show that SOC model system error and voltage measurement system error have the greatest influence on SOC estimation results.The influence of SOC model error and voltage measurement error on SOC estimation results is almost the same,but the error direction is opposite.In order to ensure 5%SOC estimation accuracy,the voltage measurement accuracy should be controlled within 0.1%.
