摘要
风电机组齿轮箱作为决定风力发电效率的重要设备,对于风电机组的正常运行有着重要的影响。齿轮箱由轴承、齿轮等重要机构构成,其中任何一个机构出现故障都会导致风力发电机组无法正常工作,特别是齿轮箱发生断齿更会给齿轮造成严重的影响。为了保证风电产业的经济效益,提高风力发电过程中机组设备的运行质量——特别是风力发电机组中的齿轮箱这一构成部分,分析某风力发电机齿轮箱的高速轴出现故障,并进行各项试验,从而确认故障原因是断齿。随后工作人员深层分析并检查了故障发生的原因,确定了齿面载荷不均衡、齿面淬硬层深度不够都可能导致断齿现象发生。
As an important equipment of wind power generation efficiency,wind turbine gearbox has an important impact on the normal operation of wind turbine.The gearbox is composed of bearings,gears and other important structures.The failure of any one of these structures will lead to the failure of the wind turbine.In particular,broken teeth in the gearbox will have a serious impact on the gear.In order to ensure the economic benefits of the wind power industry and improve the operation quality of the unit equipment in the process of wind power generation,especially the gearbox in the wind turbine,the failure of the high-speed shaft of a wind turbine gearbox is analyzed and tested,so as to confirm that the failure is caused by broken teeth.Then,the staff deeply analyzed and checked the causes of the fault,and determined that the uneven load on the tooth surface and the insufficient depth of the hardened layer on the tooth surface may lead to tooth fracture.
