促进新能源消纳的风-光-抽水蓄能联合调度优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 “30·60”双碳目标背景下,可再生能源装机规模迅速扩大,高质量发电并网成为可再生能源发展面临的重要挑战。基于此,建立基于风电、光伏、抽水蓄能运行特性的联合调度优化模型。首先,考虑区域分布式风电、光伏发电利用率最高,以弃风弃光率最小为目标函数,以风电、光伏、抽蓄系统出力、能量平衡等为约束条件构建风-光-抽水蓄能联合调度优化模型;其次,构建风电独立运行、光伏独立运行、风-光联合运行三个运行情景;最后通过实例验证模型的适用性,并对比分析三个情景的运行效益得出结论,风-光联合出力可在一定程度上缓解风电、光伏独立出力的不稳定性,配套抽水蓄能可通过其“削峰填谷”的作用进一步提高区域可再生能源的利用率。研究结果为缓解由可再生能源大规模接入造成的弃风弃光等问题提供解决思路。 At the background of the"30·60"double carbon target,the installed scale of renewable energy has expanded rapidly,while the integration of high-quality power generation into the grid has become an important challenge for the development of renewable energy.On this basis,a joint scheduling optimization model is proposed based on the operation characteristics of wind power,photovoltaic and pumped storage.Firstly,considering the highest utilization rate of regional distributed wind power and photovoltaic power generation,the optimization model of wind-opto-pumped storage joint dispatching is established with the minimum wind and photovoltaic abandonment rate as the objective function and the constrained conditions of wind power,photovoltaic,output of the pumping and storage system and energy balance.Secondly,three operation scenarios,namely independent operation of wind power,independent operation of photovoltaic,and combined operation of wind and photovoltaic,are constructed.Finally,examples are utilized to demonstrate the applicability of the model.The operation benefits of the three scenarios are compared and analyzed,and a conclusion is drawn.The combined output of wind and photovoltaic can alleviate the instability of independent output of wind power and photovoltaic to a certain extent,and the supporting pumped storage can further improve the utilization rate of regional renewable energy through its role of"peak cutting and valley filling".The research results provide a solution for alleviating the wind and photovoltaic curtailment caused by large-scale access to renewable energy.
