摘要
随着智能电网技术的不断发展,智能化变电站的建设得到推广,但各区域电网公司智能化变电站的设计规范、设备配置不尽相同,导致智能变电站的过程层组网方式存在差异。研究特殊设备配置条件下,网采网跳模式的智能变电站组网调试问题,在满足技术规范的同时,采用技术手段有效规避虚回路缺陷,保证特殊运行方式下二次设备运行安全、动作可靠。
With the continuous development of smart grid technology,the construction of intelligent substation has been promoted.However,the design specifications and equipment configuration of intelligent substations of regional power grid companies are different,resulting in differences in the process layer networking mode of intelligent substations.Under the condition of special equipment configuration,the network debugging problem of intelligent substation with net mining and network jumping mode is studied.While meeting the technical specifications,technical means are adopted to effectively avoid the defects of virtual circuit and ensure the safe and reliable operation of secondary equipment under special operation mode.
