清代以降海南地契文书研究的若干方面

On Several Academic Aspects about the Study on Hainan Land Deed Documents since the Qing Dynasty

近年来,契约文书珍贵的历史、经济、民俗、语言等价值越来越受学界重视,随着清水江契约文书、婺源契约文书、浙江契约文书等研究的展开,海南地契文书的价值开掘也到了理应加以重视的阶段。由于海南独特的发展历史以及在海上丝绸之路中的重要地理位置,清代以降直至解放初期海南民间契约文书呈现出独特的价值。本文以海南清代至解放初的地契文书为文献基础,可从海南地契文书研究的主要意义、时空范畴和重点,以及其内容中的“固守”与“纳新”特点等几个方面,就海南地契文书进行有效探讨,以引起学界对海南地契的关注。

The precious historical, economic, folklore, language and other values of contract documents have been paid more and more attention by academic circles in recent years. With the development of research in Qingshuijiang contract documents, Wuyuan contract documents, and Zhejiang contract documents, the value of Hainan land deed documents has been explored. It’s time to pay attention. Due to Hainan’s unique development history and its important geographical location in the "Sea Silk", Hainan’s civil contract documents from the Qing Dynasty to the early days of liberation presented a unique value.With the aid of multidisciplinary research method, we can discuss Hainan deed documents effectively from the main value, two typical tendency of several fields, and time category of Hainan deed documents,arousing the attention of academic circles to Hainan deed documents.
