海南餐饮消费的感知维度与评价调查:基于国际游客网络评论话语的视角 被引量:1

摘要 基于国际旅游网TripAdvisor在线评论文本,借助评价理论,对各种话语评价资源进行定量统计与分析,概括了国际游客对海南餐饮行业的感知维度与总体评价倾向。研究发现,国际旅游消费者对于海南餐饮的感知涉及食饮品质、旅游经历和情感表达等多个维度,对于海南餐饮行业的总体评价以正面、积极为主,对于海南餐饮行业的情感、判断和鉴赏等都呈现较强的积极态度。结合海南建设国际旅游消费胜地的现状与未来发展,就进一步推动海南餐饮行业以及旅游消费地的健康发展提出建议。 Based on the online reviews published on TripAdvisor,and by applying the appraisal theory, quantitative analysis of various discourse appraisal resources is carried out and international tourists’ perception dimensions and overall evaluation of Hainan’s catering industry are summarized. The study reveals that international tourists’ perception of Hainan’s catering involves multiple dimensions such as food and beverage quality,travel experience and expression of emotion. The overall evaluation of Hainan’s catering industry is mainly positive. The evaluations in terms of affect, judgment, and appreciation systems respectively all show a strong positive attitude. Conforming to the current situation and future development of Hainan’s construction of an international tourism consumption destination,suggestions are put forward to further promote the development of Hainan’s catering industry and tourism consumption destination.
