后疫情时期区块链在民航业的施为路向与展望 被引量:2

Implementation and Prospect of Blockchain in Civil Aviation Industry in Post Epidemic Period

摘要 后疫情时期,民航业复苏步履维艰。民航业如何契合国家“新基建”发展战略,以创新理念破难题、谋未来,正当其时。区块链技术安全可溯、协作共享、合约自治的特性在民航业具有极大潜力。在结合具体案例的基础上剖析并提出了区块链技术在民航业的施为路向。研究发现:区块链技术可提高安全裕度和加强风险管控,优化旅客通关流程,并方便政府和企业流程跟踪、结果倒查;区块链可实现联盟内里程积分兑换,并结合RFID物联网数据实现行李自动赔付,优化服务感知和服务体验;区块链票务分销系统可重塑航空分销格局,减少运营开支,创新盈利模式。虽然区块链技术仍然受资金限制、企业经营模式的惯常性制约以及自身技术瓶颈等因素的困扰,但随着区块链技术产业融合应用的不断落地,区块链技术在后疫情时期为民航业进行效率提升与技术赋能的潜力巨大。 In the post epidemic period, the recovery of civil aviation industry is difficult. It is also an urgent need for the civil aviation industry to fit in with the national "New Infrastructure" development strategy and seek the future with innovative ideas. Blockchain technology have great potential in the civil aviation industry for its security, traceability, cooperation and sharing, and autonomy. Combined with specific cases, this paper analyzes the implementation direction of blockchain technology in civil aviation industry. The results show that: blockchain technology can improve security and risk control;it can speed up the customs clearance process, and facilitate the government and enterprise process tracking and result backcheck;the blockchain can realize mileage point exchange within the alliance, and the blockchain luggage tracking system combined with RFID IOT data can realize automatic baggage compensation, so as to optimize service perception and service experience;the ticket distribution system can reshape aviation distribution pattern, reduce operating expenses and innovate profit model. Although blockchain technology is still plagued by capital constraints, habitual constraints of business operation model and its own technical bottlenecks, with the continuous implementation of industrial integration and application of blockchain technology, the potential of blockchain technology in the post epidemic period is still huge in improving efficiency and empowering industry with technology.
