The Problems and Risks of Building a New Power System in China from the International Experience and Lessons

在碳达峰、碳中和的目标引领下,我国进入构建新型电力系统的发展阶段,将面临一系列新问题、新挑战.本文基于发达国家的经验教训,全面分析了我国在构建新型电力系统过程中存在的四个问题及面临的三个潜在风险,并提出了把握双碳目标"窗口期",避免电力行业高位碳达峰等有关对策与建议.

Under the guidance of the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,China has entered the development stage of building a new power system,and will face a series of new problems and challenges.Based on the experience and lessons of developed countries,this paper comprehensively analyzes the four problems and three potential risks that China faces in the process of constructing a new power system,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,such as grasping the window period of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,and avoiding high carbon peaking in the power industry.
