Promote the Digital and High-quality Development of China's Petrochemical Industry

石化行业借助新一代科技革命和产业变革的机遇,提升设备、平台和整个生产系统的数字化水平,是其高质量可持续发展的必然要求和现实路径.本文从设备联网、软件应用、系统上云和搭建平台四个方面对石化行业数字化发展现状进行分析.在此基础上,提出石化行业数字化的三个趋势,即整合产业链供应链集成、工业大数据生态系统和数字低碳转型.最后,提出若干政策建议.

With the opportunity of the new generation of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,the petrochemical industry can improve the digital level of equipment,platforms and entire production systems,which is an inevitable requirement and realistic path for its high-quality sustainable development.This paper analyzes the development status of digitalization in petrochemical industry from four aspects:equipment networking,software application,system cloud and platform building.On this basis,three trends of digitalization in petrochemical industry are proposed:integration of industrial chain and supply chain,industrial big data ecosystem and digital low-carbon transformation.Finally,some policy suggestions are putting forward.
