不同农田整治模式对耕地生产和生态价值的影响——基于玉门市部分农户的实证分析 被引量:1

Effects of Different Farmland Management Modes on Farmland Production and Ecological Value: Based on the Empirical Analysis of Some Farmers in Yumen City

摘要 本文针对同一区域设计出不同的农田整治模式,在玉门市部分农户问卷调查数据的基础上,采用OLS模型和DID模型分析了不同农田整治模式对耕地生产和生态价值的影响。结果表明,农田整治对耕地生产和生态价值的提升具有显著的正向影响;在提升耕地生产价值方面,高标准农田主导型模式较生态修复主导型模式的净影响值高0.020,即高标准农田主导型模式优于生态修复主导型模式;在耕地生态价值方面,高标准农田主导型模式较生态修复主导型模式的净影响值小0.053,即生态修复主导型模式优于高标准农田主导型模式;耕地生产价值对生态价值影响的变化量为0.012,耕地生产价值可以促进耕地生态价值的提高;在耕地生产和生态价值综合作用方面,生态修复主导型比高标准农田主导型模式高0.017 7,生态修复主导型模式较优。今后要继续加大农田整治力度,对于生态环境脆弱区要创新农田整治模式,将重心向生态修复方向倾斜。 Based on the questionnaire survey data of some farmers in Yumen City, this paper designs different farmland consolidation models for the same area, OLS model and DID model were used to analyze the impact of different farmland consolidation modes on farmland production and ecological value. The results show that,farmland consolidation has a significant positive impact on the production and ecological value of cultivated land;in terms of improving the production value of cultivated land, the net impact value of high standard farmland dominant mode on the production value of cultivated land is 0.020 higher than that of ecological restoration dominant mode, that is, the high standard farmland dominant mode is better than that of ecological restoration dominant mode;in terms of ecological value of cultivated land,the high standard farmland dominant mode has a positive impact on the production value of cultivated land The results show that the net impact value of farmland dominant mode on cultivated land production value is less than that of ecological restoration dominant mode by 0.053, that is, the ecological restoration dominant mode is better than that of high standard farmland dominant mode;the change of cultivated land production value on ecological value is0.012, which shows that cultivated land production value can promote the improvement of cultivated land ecological value;the comprehensive effect of cultivated land production and ecological value is significant;the high standard farmland dominant model is0.0177 less than the ecological restoration dominant model, so the ecological restoration dominant model is better. In the future, we should continue to increase the intensity of farmland improvement and innovate the mode of farmland improvement. For the areas with fragile ecological environment, the focus of farmland improvement should be tilted to ecological restoration.
