甘肃省高标准农田建设与粮食增产关系问题研究——基于灰色关联度法

Study on the Relationship between High Standard Farmland Construction and Grain Yield Increase in Gansu Province: Based on Grey Relational Degree Method

高标准农田建设对于改善农业生产基础设施条件,提高农田的机械化推进水平和抗风险自然灾害能力具有显著的作用。解决了农村目前部分可耕地高低不平、农田环境面貌零乱、农田灌排系统不配套、抗灾能力较低等一系列问题。随着农田建设的投入力度不断加大,农田规模不断提升。高标准农田成为稳定粮食产量、保障粮食安全最为重要的基础设施投资项目。关于高标准农田建设对于促进粮食产量的研究目前来说比较欠缺。本文将通过对甘肃省粮食生产情况和高标准农田建设进行深入分析,运用灰色关联度的方法,论证甘肃省高标准农田建设与粮食增产之间的关系,显示出了高标准农田建设与粮食增产之间具有较高的关联度。基于实证分析结果,给出了切实可行的建议,从而进一步加快高标准农田建设,提升高标准农田质量,提高粮食产量,保障粮食安全。

The construction of high-standard farmland plays a significant role in improving the conditions of agricultural production infrastructure, increasing the level of mechanization of farmland and the ability to resist natural disasters. It solves a series of problems in the current rural areas, such as uneven arable land, chaotic farmland environment, unmatched farmland irrigation and drainage systems, and low disaster resistance. As the investment in farmland construction continues to increase, the scale of farmland continues to increase. High-standard farmland has become the most important infrastructure investment project for stabilizing grain production and ensuring food security. Research on the construction of high-standard farmland for the promotion of food production is currently lacking. This article will conduct an in-depth analysis of the grain production situation and the construction of high-standard farmland in Gansu Province, and use the method of gray correlation to demonstrate the relationship between the construction of high-standard farmland in Gansu Province and the increase in grain production. It shows that the construction of high-standard farmland and the construction of grain there is a high degree of correlation between increased production. Based on the results of empirical analysis, practical suggestions are given to further accelerate the construction of high-standard farmland, improve the quality of high-standard farmland, increase grain production, and ensure food security.
