武威市土地利用效益评价及障碍分析

摘要 在土地生态环境严重制约着土地资源高效利用的背景下,本研究以甘肃省武威市域为例,采用熵权TOPSIS模型和障碍度模型对其2010-2018年土地利用效益评价并对区域土地利用效益从综合效益、经济效益、社会效益和生态效益4方面进行了评价,并预测了武威市未来土地利用效益的发展趋势,结合障碍度模型分析其制约因素。结果表明,(1)武威市2010-2018年整体综合效益处于不断上升的状态,且其中经济效益、社会效益和生态效益的上升速度较为稳定;(2)武威市土地利用综合效益呈先略微降低,然后迅速增加的态势;(3)未来土地利用综合效益、经济效益、社会效益和生态效益将持续上升。 Under the background of land ecological environment seriously restricting the efficient use of land resources, taking Wuwei City of Gansu Province as an example, this study uses Entropy TOPSIS Model and obstacle degree model to evaluate its land use benefit from 2010 to 2018, and evaluates the regional land use benefit from four aspects of comprehensive benefit, economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit, and forecasts the development trend of land use benefit in Wuwei City in the future,combined with the obstacle degree model, the restrictive factors are analyzed. The results show that,(1) the overall comprehensive benefit of Wuwei City from 2010 to 2018 is in a rising state, and the rising speed of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit is relatively stable;(2) the comprehensive benefit of land use in Wuwei City decreased slightly at first, and then increased rapidly;(3) in the future, the comprehensive, economic, social and ecological benefits of land use will continue to rise.
