摘要
土壤呼吸是陆地与大气进行气体交换的过程,是陆地生态系统碳元素流失的主要途径,对全球变化过程起着重要的作用。本文从非生物因子(土壤温度、水分)、生物因子(植物生物量、土壤微生物)以及人类活动(施肥、放牧、土地利用方式)三个方面分别分析了其对土壤呼吸产生的影响,并且评述了组分综合法、根去除法、根系生物量外推法、同位素示踪分析法4种区分土壤呼吸组分的方法,最后对土壤呼吸的研究趋势进行了展望,为今后研究土壤呼吸提供参考依据。
Soil respiration is the process of gas exchange between the land and the atmosphere, it is a major pathway of carbon element loss in terrestrial ecosystems and plays an important role in global change processes. In this paper, we analyzed the factors on soil respiration, which can be divided into three aspects: abiotic factor(soil temperature and moisture), biotic factors(plant biomass,soil microorganisms), and human activities(fertilization, grazingand land use methods). We alsoreviewed the four methods used to differentiate the components of soil respiration: component synthesis method, root removal method, extrapolation of root biomass, isotope tracing analysis. This review will provide a studyguide for soil respiration in the future.
