Vocational Colleges in Shandong Province to Cultivate New Vocational Peasants:Achievement and Trend

山东省职业院校在培育新型职业农民的进程中,组建动态式“一主多元”的培育主体、坚持突显地方产业带动的培育方式、形成彰显“累积优势”的培育机制、注重自身办学模式的持续创新,为乡村人才振兴打造了“齐鲁样板”。尽管山东省职业院校为省内新型职业农民培育工程的推进作出了重要贡献,但仍然存在继续完善的空间,未来至少应从以下三个方面作出改进:第一,成立新型职业农民培育的校际办学联盟,实现省内外优质资源的引进与推广;第二,提升省内新型职业农民学历教育的比重,做到学历教育与非学历教育齐发展;第三,启动省内职业院校的“智慧农业帮扶工程”,为新型职业农民培育提供“跟踪式”服务。

In the process of cultivating new vocational peasants,vocational colleges in Shandong Province have adopted distinct practices:setting up a dynamic cultivation subject of"one main body and diversity",insisting on the cultivation mode driven by local industry,forming a cultivation mechanism showing"cumulative advantages",and paying attention to the continuous innovation of their own schoolrunning mode.It has created a"Qilu model"for the revitalization of rural talents.Although vocational colleges in Shandong Province have made important contributions to the promotion of the cultivation project of new vocational peasants in the province,there is still room for continuous improvement,so improvements should be made from at least the following three aspects in the future:firstly,to establish an interschool alliance for the cultivation of new vocational peasants is to realize the introduction and promotion of highquality resources inside and outside Shandong province;secondly,to increase the proportion of academic education of new vocational peasants in Shandong province is to achieve the development of both academic education and nonacademic education;thirdly,to start the"intelligent agriculture assistance project"of vocational colleges in Shandong province is to provide"tracking"services for the cultivation of new vocational peasants.
