新型职业农民信息素养:内涵、结构及提升对策

New Vocational Peasants′Information Literacy:Connotation,Structure and Promotion Countermeasures

随着我国农业信息化进程的加快,信息素养逐渐成为新型职业农民的必备素养之一。通过查阅相关文献,以时代、社会及个体发展三个方面为着眼点,对新型职业农民信息素养的内涵进行理论阐述,依据资料梳理结果及新型职业农民的实际情况得知,信息意识、信息知识、信息能力及信息道德是新型职业农民信息素养结构的四大组成要素。基于对各组成要素的地位、作用等方面的认识,提出新型职业农民信息素养的提升对策:加大培育宣传,激发新型职业农民的信息意识;完善培育内容,丰富新型职业农民的信息知识;重视实际应用,增强新型职业农民的信息能力;发挥榜样作用,提升新型职业农民的信息道德。

With the acceleration of agricultural informatization in China,information literacy has gradually become one of the necessary qualities of new vocational peasants.By consulting relevant literature,this paper theoretically expounds the connotation of new vocational peasants′information literacy from the three aspects of times,society and individual development.According to the data combing results and the actual situation of new vocational peasants,information consciousness,information knowledge,information ability and information morality are the four constituent elements of the information literacy structure of new vocational peasants.Based on the understanding of the status and function of each constituent element,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the information literacy of new vocational peasants:increase the cultivation and publicity to stimulate the information consciousness of new vocational peasants;improve the cultivation content and enrich the information knowledge of new vocational peasants;attach importance to practical application and enhance the information ability of new vocational peasants;play an exemplary role and improve the information morality of new vocational peasants.
