新型职业农民培育研究的回溯与前瞻——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

Retrospection and Prospect of the Research on Cultivating NewVocational Peasants——Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace

新型职业农民培育是顺应农业转型要求、落实乡村振兴战略的体现。以2012—2021年为检索时间,借助CiteSpace对相关研究的核心期刊论文进行计量分析,结果表明:新型职业农民培育的研究机构分布较为集中;研究者相对分散,却存在一批核心专家;研究热点聚焦于乡村振兴背景下农村职业教育体系的构建、城镇化背景下新型职业农民培育特征及对策、农业现代化背景下农业教育体系的构建与农业人才的培养、新型职业农民培育政策导向下农业教育培训的开展策略、新型职业农民的培训意愿及影响因素、“百万扩招”背景下务农农民的学历提升、新型职业农民的培育机制创新及继续教育应对等方面;研究发展趋势呈现出从宏观到中观再到微观的特征。反思过去,可以发现:研究成果丰富多元,且文献主题较为集中;研究者乡土情怀浓厚,但交流协作有待加强;研究内容逐渐深化,并植根于时代发展土壤。未来研究应细化研究对象,加强现实观照;挖掘时代意蕴,深化研究内容;拓展研究视角,突破研究“舒适区”。

The cultivation of new vocational peasants is a reflection of the agricultural transformation and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Based on the retrieval time from 2012 to 2021,CiteSpace was used to make a metrological analysis of relevant core journal papers.The results show that the research institutions of the cultivation of new vocational peasants are concentrated.The authors are relatively scattered,but there are a group of core researchers.Research hotspot focused on the construction of rural vocational education system under the background of rural revitalization,the new vocational peasants cultivation characteristics and countermeasures under the background of urbanization process,the construction of agricultural education system and agricultural talents cultivation under the background of agricultural modernization,the development strategy of agricultural education training under the policy guidance of the new vocational peasants cultivation,new vocational peasants′willingness to training and influencing factors,the improvement of farmers′education level under the background of"Million Enrollment Expansion",the cultivation mechanism of new vocational peasants should be innovated and continuing education should be dealt with.The trend of research development shows its characteristics from macro to medium and then to micro.Reflecting on the past,it can be found that the research results are rich and diversified,and the literature theme is relatively concentrated;researchers have intense local sentiments,but communication and collaboration need to be strengthened;the research content is gradually deepened and rooted in the soil of the development of the times.Future research should refine research objects and strengthen realistic observation;excavate the meaning of the times and deepen the research content;expand research perspective and break through research"comfort zone".
