我国成人教育学研究生专业自信的缺失与应对

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,文化自信是国际交往中展示国家文化软实力的重要支点。专业自信是文化自信在研究生学习中的重要体现,树立专业自信是完善我国终身教育体系,建设学习型社会的必然要求;是提升成人教育学科地位,完善学科体系的迫切需要;是提高学生素质,培养时代新人的重要保障。然而,目前我国成人教育学研究生面临专业自信缺失的问题,表现为专业底气不充分,自我效能感低;专业认知不清晰,专业信仰动摇;自我定位不明确,发展规划迷茫;学习兴趣不浓厚,理论功底薄弱。树立成人教育学研究生专业自信,需要加强顶层设计,健全政策保障;营造良好氛围,构建社会认同;加强课程建设,培养时代新人;坚定学科信仰,扎实理论功底。

As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,cultural confidence is an important fulcrum for displaying a country′s cultural soft power in international exchanges.Professional confidence is an important embodiment of cultural confidence in graduate study.Establishing professional selfconfidence is the necessary requirement for perfecting our lifelong education system and building a learning society.It is an urgent need to improve the status of adult education discipline and perfect the discipline system.It is an important guarantee to improve the quality of students and cultivate new people.However,at present,adult pedagogy graduate students in China are faced to the problem of lack of professional confidence.It is manifested as inadequate professional confidence and low sense of selfefficacy;Professional cognition is not clear,professional belief is shaken;Selfpositioning is not clear,and development planning is confused;Lack of interest in learning and weak theoretical foundation.To establish professional confidence of adult pedagogy graduate students,it is necessary to strengthen toplevel design and perfect policy guarantee.Create a good atmosphere,build social identity;Strengthen curriculum construction and train new people of The Times;Firm discipline belief,solid theoretical foundation.
