猪圆环病毒2型的基因复制机制与潜在跨动物种属感染研究进展

摘要 猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)可引起断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS),是危害养猪业的重要病毒之一。PCV2基因的高变异性,受体在多种宿主动物表面存在的特性,使得PCV2具有潜在跨动物种属感染的可能。在反刍动物、啮齿动物、犬科动物等的组织中检测到PCV2核酸或分离到病毒,甚至在人类血清、粪便及呼吸道拭子中也检测到PCV2核酸或其抗体。论文对PCV2的基因复制机制进行总结,并对PCV2跨动物种属感染的研究进行介绍,以期深入了解PCV2及其跨动物种属感染的潜能,对该病毒的防控提供基础资料和新的思路。 Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)is the pathogen of a series of swine infectious diseases represented by postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome(PMWS).The virus is one of the most primary viruses that harm the pig industry at present.The high variability of genes and the presence of the receptors on the surface of multiple host animals,which would lead to the possibility of cross-species infection of PCV2.Many studies have found that PCV2 nucleic acids or viruses were detected or isolated in ruminants,rodents,canines,and other animal tissues.More studies have also detected PCV2 nucleic acids or antibodies in human serum,feces,and respiratory tract swabs.This paper summarized the gene replication mechanisms of PCV2 and introduced previous researches on PCV2 cross-species infection to further understand PCV2 and its potential of cross-species infection,meanwhile,provided basic data and new ideas for the prevention and control of PCV2.
