摘要 多数细菌在一定条件下可以形成生物被膜,这是细菌的一种自我保护机制,也会造成细菌耐药。成熟的生物被膜由多种机制调控,并不断循环黏附、聚集、成熟、脱落四个过程形成蘑菇状独特的结构。随着环境、营养等条件的不同,生物被膜表层和深层细菌会产生一定的异质性,对食品安全和临床防治等产生威胁。论文在现有的理论和研究基础上,就生物被膜的形成及影响因素、结构特性、调控机制、清除方法等进行综述,旨在为控制生物被膜引起的慢性感染提供思路。 Most bacteria can form a biofilm under certain conditions,which is a self-protection mechanism of bacteria and also causes drug resistance.The mature biofilm is regulated by a variety of mechanisms,and the unique mushroom-like structure is formed through four processes of continuous adhesion,aggregation,maturation and shedding.With the difference of environment,nutrition and other conditions,the bacteria on the surface and deep layer of biofilm will produce certain heterogeneity,which will pose a threat to food safety and clinical treatment.On the basis of existing theories and studies,the formation of biofilm,its influencing factors,structural characteristics,regulation mechanism and removal methods were reviewed in this paper,aiming to provide better ideas for the control of chronic infection caused by biofilm bacteria.
