摘要
油松毛虫是危害油松人工林的主要虫害,为探索高效、环保、经济的油松毛虫防治方法,选择苏云金杆菌、白僵菌、苦参碱和阿维菌素4种生物杀虫剂,在推荐使用剂量的前提下,研究4种生物杀虫剂对油松毛虫进行防治试验。研究结果表明,苏云金杆菌、白僵菌、苦参碱和阿维菌素4种生物杀虫剂对油松毛虫均有一定的防治效果,并以200亿孢子/g白僵菌效果最佳,在施药9 d后,油松毛虫的虫口减退率达到84.82%,防治效果达到83.01%。同时,白僵菌具有无农残、无抗性、高选择性和再生性等特点,处理9 d后的油松毛虫死亡率低于90%,这有利于油松人工林内天敌的繁殖和生长,可实现绿色防控的目的,是一类较好的环保型农药,可用于油松毛虫的综合防控。
Dendrolimus tabulaeformis is the main pest in Pinus tabulaeformis.In order to explore efficient,environmentally friendly and economical control methods of Dendrolimus tabulaeformis,four biological killers of Bacillus thuringiensis,Beauveria bassiana,matrine and avermectin were selected.Insect agents,under the premise of the recommended dosage,4 kinds of biological insecticides have been studied to control the pine caterpillar.The research results show that the 4 kinds of biological insecticides of Bacillus thuringiensis,Beauveria bassiana,matrine and avermectin The insecticide has a certain control effect on the pine caterpillar,and the best effect is 20 billion spores/g Beauveria bassiana.After 9 days of application,the population reduction rate of the pine caterpillar reached 84.82%,and the control effect reached 83.01%.At the same time,Beauveria bassiana has the characteristics of no pesticide residues,no resistance,high selectivity and regenerability.The death rate of pine caterpillars after 9 days of treatment is less than 90%,which is conducive to the reproduction and growth of natural enemies in the forest,and can be green The purpose of prevention and control is a kind of better environmentally friendly pesticides that can be used for comprehensive prevention and control of Dendrolimus tabulaeformis.
