利用中药“园林化、场景化、生活化”优化发展康养的建议——以四川省中药种植业为例

Suggestions on Exploiting Traditional Chinese Medicine by Means of Afforestation,Scenarization and Life-orientation in Optimizing the Development of Health and Regimen Industry——A Case Study of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine Planting Industry in Sichuan Province

在提升国内消费市场,促进以内循环为主的双循环发展和巩固脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴相衔接的大背景之下,探索康养和中药种植业发展融合新模式,可以丰富康养产业内涵,提升中药种植的产业附加值,为国内市场提供新的消费增长点。中药“三化”是将中药种植实现“园林化”“场景化”和“生活化”,为中药种植产业提供新的产业延伸方向,也符合在后疫情时期身体调理常态化的社会需求。以四川省为例,论述分析其省内康养发展现状、中药“三化”康养模式的特点、必要性,以及中药“三化”的实现,提出发展康养新模式要做到产业间深度融合,做好政府引导,市场主导,警惕简单重复的项目建设、政绩化运动等产业发展的常见误区。

In the overall context of improving the domestic consumer market,promoting the development of a dual cycle focusing on internal circulation,and consolidating the results of poverty alleviation and rejuvenating the countryside.This paper explores a new mode of integration between health care and the growth of Chinese herbal medicine planting industry to enrich the connotation of healthcare and regimen,in order to enhance the industrial added value of Chinese herbal medicine planting industry,and provide new consumption growth points for the domestic market.The afforestation,scenarization and life-orientation offer extension direction for Chinese herbal medicine planting industry and are also in line with the social needs of normalized regimen in the post-epidemic period.Taking Sichuan Province as an example,it discusses and analyzes the status quo of the province’s health and regimen industrial development,the characteristics and necessity of the above“three transformations”for Chinese herbal medicine planting industry as well as their realization.Similarly,the development of a new model of health and regimen industry requires in-depth integration of industries,fine government guidance,market-centered strategy,and be alerted to usual mistakes in the development of industries such as simple and repeated project construction and formalism.
