摘要
激光能量计是一种应用非常广泛的设备,其量值准确与否直接影响医疗安全、产品质量与装备作战效能。本文对激光能量计校准的直接测量法与比对测量法进行了分析,对主要误差来源进行了讨论。为减小激光能量计校准的误差,提出了基于分束比监测法的校准方法,深入的分析了该校准原理。通过对分束比监测法的不确定度来源进行分析,对测量不确定度进行评定,该方法基本排除了激光器稳定性引入的不确定度,基于该方法设计的校准装置测量不确定度能达到U=1.2%(k=2)。
The laser energy meter is a widely used equipment, and its accuracy directly affects medical safety, product quality and equipment combat effectiveness. This article analyzes the direct measurement method and comparison measurement method of laser energy meter calibration, and discusses the main sources of error. In order to reduce the calibration error of the laser energy meter, a calibration method based on the beam splitting ratio monitoring method is proposed, and the calibration principle is deeply analyzed.Through the analysis of the source of uncertainty of the beam split ratio monitoring method, the measurement uncertainty is evaluated. This method basically eliminates the uncertainty introduced by the stability of the laser. The measurement uncertainty of the calibration device designed based on this method can reach U=1.2%(k=2).
