摘要
微小流量稳定性是如今越来越多小口径流量计高准确度测量的基础。本文重点对两种稳压方式(稳压容器和高位水箱)、不同压力下微小流量的稳定性研究。稳定性计算方法依据JJG164-2000《液体流量标准装置检定规程》中“各累积时间之间流量稳定性的检定方法”进行计算,并对实验结果进行进一步分析。实验结果表明,采用高位水箱稳压,压力波动小,微小流量稳定性好于稳压容器方式下的流量稳定性。而同为稳压容器方式下,稳压压力小,微小流量稳定性好于稳压压力大一些情况下的流量稳定性。
Small flow stability is the basis of the high accuracy measurement of small-caliber flow gauge to-day.This paper focuses on the small flow stability of two pressure stabilization methods(pressure vessels and high level cisterns)under different pressures.The stability calculation method is in the light of"Verification Method for Flow Stability between Accumulation Time"in JJG 164-2000"Standard Liquid Flow Device".And further analysis of the experimental results is performed.The experimental results show that the pressure fluctuation and small flow stability of the high level cisterns are better than that of the pressure stabilization vessels.And in the way of pressure stabilization vessels,the small flow stability of the small stabilization pressure is better than that of the high stabiliza-tion pressure.
