摘要
为了提高大质量砝码检定的准确性及检定效率,本装置通过对等臂电磁天平改造、加卸载砝码及传运机构、中央智能控制软件的设计,实现了大质量砝码检定从加卸标准砝码、加卸被检砝码、数据处理、出具检定记录等全过程的智能化操作。
In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the verification of high-quality weights, the device realizes the intelligent operation of the whole process of the verification of high-quality weights, including the loading and unloading of standard weights, the loading and unloading of tested weights, data processing and the issuance of verification records, through the transformation design of peer-to-peer electromagnetic balance, the design of loading and unloading weights and transmission mechanism, and the design of central intelligent control software.
