摘要 在痕量、超痕量的测试当中,原子光光谱法是一种十分有效的方法。在实际应用中,该方法具有分析速度快、线性范围宽重现性好、灵敏度高等优势,在各类样品中微量元素的痕量、超痕董测定中有着良好的效果,尤其是在食品、化妆品、饮用水、天然矿泉水的检验当中,是一种常用的方法。并且在农业环境、临床医学、冶金钢铁等领域也有广泛应用。在实际工作中,原子荧光光度计是一种十分重要的仪器设备。在仪器检定时,对于一些常见的问题,应当采取有效的措施进行解决,从而取得更好的检定效果。 Atomic light spectrometry is a very effective method in the determination of trace and ultra trace.In practical application, this method has the advantages of fast analysis speed, wide linear range, good reproducibility and high sensitivity.It has good results in the determination of trace and ultra trace elements in various samples, especially in the inspection of food, cosmetics, drinking water and natural mineral water.It is also widely used in agricultural environment, clinical medicine, metallurgy, iron and steel and other fields.In practical work, atomic photometer is a very important instrument and equipment.In instrument verification, effective measures should be taken to solve some common problems, so as to achieve better verification effect.
