试论远程开放教育学习动机的培育

On the Cultivation of Learning Motivation in the Distance Open Education

摘要 学习动机是很重要的学习要素,是个体发动维持调节学习活动的力量,影响学习积极性、持续性和学习效果。了解远程开放教育学习者的学习动机,采取一定的教育教学手段,激发和培养学习者的学习动机是提高开放教育教学质量的前提。开放教育学习者学习动机现状是:学习动机较强、学习动机多元化、以社会文化需要为基础、部分学习者缺乏自主学习能力;培养和激发开放教育学习者学习动机的策略主要有:引起社会的高度关注、积极探讨理论与实践的深度融合、满足学习者多样化需求、引导学习者保持正向积极的学习动机、引导学习者学会学习、组成项目学习共同体、提升学习者解决问题的能力。 Learning motivation is a very important learning element.It is the power of individuals to launch,maintain and regulate learning activities,affect learning enthusiasm,sustainability and learning effect,understand the learning motivation of learners in distance open education,adopt certain education and teaching means,stimulate and cultivate learners’learning motivation,which is the premise guarantee to improve the teaching quality of open education.The current situation of learners’learning motivation in open education is that they have strong learning motivation,and diversified learning motivation.They are based on social and cultural needs,and some learners lack autonomous learning ability;The strategies to cultivate and stimulate the learning motivation of open education learners mainly include attracting the high attention of the society,actively exploring the deep integration of theory and practice,meeting the diversified needs of learners,guiding learners to maintain positive learning motivation,guiding learners to study how to learn,forming a project-based learning community,and improving learners’problem-solving ability.
