摘要
内螺纹是零件中的重要部分,加工失败或精度降低均无法实现无间隙的完美装配。径向中径差作为评价内螺纹质量的重要参数,对内螺纹的加工质量影响很大。在实际生产中,由于攻丝生产条件恶劣,难以准确控制螺纹的径向中径差。本文基于正交试验设计分析了钝圆半径、主轴转速、切削锥长度三个因素对Al7075攻丝时径向中径差的影响,并通过极差分析法和方差分析法确定了获得最小径向中径差的参数组合和各因素对径向中径差影响的显著性。试验结果表明:对螺纹径向中径差影响最大的因素为主轴转速,其次为钝圆半径和切削锥长度;获得最小螺纹径向中径差的参数组合为钝圆半径10μm、主轴转速150m/min和切削锥长度2pitches。
The internal thread is the most important part of the component.Any machining failure or reduction in accuracy cannot achieve a perfect assembly without gaps.As an important parameter for evaluating the quality of internal threads,the radial pitch diameter difference has a great influence on the processing quality of internal threads.In actual production,it is difficult to accurately control the radial pitch diameter difference of the thread due to the harsh production conditions of tapping.Based on the orthogonal experiment design,the influence of the cutting edge preparation,spindle speed,and chamfer length on the radial pitch diameter difference in Al7075 tapping are analyzed.The parameter combination of the minimum radial pitch diameter difference and the significance of each factor influence on the radial pitch diameter difference are determined by the range analysis and the variance analysis respectively.The results show that the spindle speed has the greatest influence on the radial pitch diameter difference,followed by cutting edge preparation and chamfer length,the parameters combination of the minimum radial pitch diameter difference is cutting edge preparation of 10μm,spindle speed of 150r/min,and chamfer length of 2 pitches.
