摘要
8620H合金钢具有较高的硬度、耐磨性及良好的韧性等特性,被广泛应用于齿轮制造。使用平面磨头端磨8620H齿轮钢,通过单因素试验分析了不同磨削参数对8620H齿轮钢表面完整性的影响。研究表明:随着磨头转速的提高,磨削力降低,工件表面划痕减小,粗糙度降低;随着磨削深度的增加,磨削力及工件表面粗糙度增大;随着进给速度增大,磨削力增大,表面粗糙度降低。在不同磨削工艺参数下,8620H齿轮钢磨削加工后表面产生加工硬化,形成约40~60μm的硬化层。
8620H alloy steel is widely used in gear manufacturing due to its high hardness,high wear resistance and good toughness.In this paper,flat grinding tool is used for end-grinding the 8620H alloy,by single factor test the influence of different grinding parameters on the surface integrity of 8620H is analyzed.Research shows that as the speed of the grinding head increases,the grinding force decreases,the scratches on the surface of the workpiece are reduced,and the roughness decreases,the grinding force and the surface roughness of the workpiece increase with the increase of the grinding depth,with the feed speed increasing the grinding force increases and the surface roughness decreases,at different grinding process parameters,the 8620H surface works hardening after grinding,a hardened layer of about 40~60μm forms on it.
